Our Pet Doors let your pet out in style.
Tower Security are a business that takes pride in helping homeowners and pet lovers across Perth share their indoor living areas with the furry members of their family.
Our pet doors allow your four-legged friends to come and go as they please. Tower Security can install a pet door when we manufacture your new door or install a pet door in your existing door.
Our stylish pet doors are not only for small pets. PetWay® comes in 3 sizes to suit your four legged friend.
Opening dimensions 240mm high x 190mm wide. Generally suitable for most cats and small to medium size dogs.
Opening dimensions 305mm high x 225mm wide. This is suitable for medium size dogs.
Opening dimensions 400mm high x 260mm wide. This is suitable for large size dogs.
What size pet door for my pet?
Most people tend to overestimate the size of the door needed. The pet door wont sit level with the floor so your pet will need to “step over” the bottom of the door frame.
Measuring your pet to the shoulders (not the top of the head) is the best way to decide on pet door height and allow an extra 1-2cm .
And if you are looking for some more playtime with your pet you can also cut the dimensions of the opening out of a piece of cardboard and test it on your pet and see which size your pet is most comfortable going through.
